Yin and Restorative Yoga classes provide a sanctuary of sorts to restore not only our bodies, but our hearts and minds as well. Through this contemplative practice, we cultivate our capacity to be more fully present to our lives – and all that this entails – and to move through our days with greater attention, care, curiosity, wisdom, courage and grace.
Kristin holds a Ph.D. in education and has spent her career supporting the creation of inclusive settings for teaching and learning. She has also spent years teaching ballet and serving as a lay chaplain, and in turn brings tremendous respect for both the physical and contemplative dimensions of a gentle yoga practice. She completed her RYT 200 hour Yoga Alliance certification in March 2019.
In Kristin’s classes, you will find a generous and invitational space. Whether you have a regular practice or you are entering the studio for the very first time, you are most warmly welcome.
