Kathryn discovered barre as a long distance ultra runner looking to strengthen her core, prevent injury, and create more flexibility and balance in the body. Barre soon became an essential practice. Teaching since 2012, she has seen the benefits of barre through her own body, but also through others who take her class. She is also dedicated to health and wellness through nutrition, and is currently enrolled in a plant based nutrition certification, and Health Coach programs. She’s a certified RRCA run coach working with both youth and adult runners and believes that movement is key to living a full healthy life, and that healthy movement is the key to fulfilling this.
