Gillian is an energetic and dedicated yoga and strength instructor with a specialty in power yoga and yoga sculpt. Her background in dance and Pilates, inspires her to curate music-driven, high-energy classes that blend strength, flexibility, and dynamic movement. Her teaching philosophy centers on finding joy and helping students build both physical resilience and inner confidence. When she’s not in the studio, Gillian can be found cheering on her three daughters at dance recitals, competitions and soccer games alongside her husband, embodying the balance and vitality she inspires in her practice.
