Celebrate the culmination of our Stretch then Salad series with one final, unforgettable session on September 7 at 11:00 am! Join Lindsey Damiano as we breathe in the fresh air, stretch under the sky, and let nature be your backdrop for a revitalizing practice. Afterward, treat yourself to a vibrant selection of fresh salads from the Good Salad, that will refresh and energize you. Join us for this perfect blend of yoga, nature, and delicious food as we close out our series together!

Mark your calendar for September 13 at 7:45 pm, when Alyse Romano leads the transformative Embodied Dance: Authentic Movement workshop. In this session, you’ll dive into the art of authentic movement, allowing your body to flow naturally as your mind steps aside. Through guided practice, non-contact partner work, and free exploration, you’ll discover the joy of letting your dance become a moving meditation..

With over 12 years of teaching experience, she seamlessly integrates hatha, vinyasa, and iyengar methodologies to create a space where bodies, minds, and spirits connect. Elevate your Vinyasa practice with Hesham Sallam’s Yoga Sculpt class every Saturday at 10:00 am! This upbeat heated class fuses Vinyasa flow sequencing with weights, strength training exercises and cardio. Get ready to transform your fitness routine with Kathryn Kirby‘s exhilarating Barre class every Wednesday at 11:00 am! This full-body session uses the barre, hand-held weights, and a core ball to target every muscle group, with a focus on strengthening and balancing your back body, core, and glutes. Experience a heart-pumping workout with targeted muscle work and invigorating breath exercises, all tailored to suit every fitness level with modifications to suit your needs!

AUGUST 2024

Breathe in the fresh air and find your flow during Stretch then Salad, our new yoga in the park series in partnership with The Good Salad! Join us on our first session on Saturday, August 10 led by Lindsay Damiano. The rejuvenating practice will start at 11:00 am and after our yoga session, enjoy fresh, delicious salads by the Good Salad! This is a wonderful opportunity to mingle with fellow participants!

Confidently express yourself and let your dance be your moving meditation. Feel your movement from the inside out and make space for your authentic movement to express freely through you with Alyse Romano’s Embodied Dance: Authentic Movement workshop on August 3, 2024 at 1:00 pm. This session will focus on authentic movement: your natural movement that occurs when the mind takes a back seat and lets the body flow freely.

We’re inviting you all to join Alyse Romano as she leads the Vocal Activation Circle workshop on August 30, 7:45 pm. We will practice vocal exercises to clear and activate the energy of the throat and use our sound vibration to co-create a living prayer. This will be an evening of exercising the throat chakra with vocal warm ups, clearings, activations including Sanskrit mantra and medicine song.

Johnny was wonderful! I’ve done many of the poses in my practice and I like his style. His add-ons to the basic poses were excellent and so I got a great workout for my core.” A great review for a wonderful teacher! Practice Vinyasa with Johnny Gonsoulin every Monday and Friday at 9:30am, Tuesday at 6:00 pm, and Saturday at 8:30 am!

Experience the serenity of flowing movement! Let Dina Melnychuk guide you through a practice filled with graceful postures combined with physical challenge and intensity. Practice Vinyasa with Dina every Friday at 6:00 pm, where you can expect pranayama (breathwork), meditation, and dynamic yoga asanas (postures).

We’re excited to invite you all to Amy Hsiao‘s new class: Power Yoga Fundamentals every Tuesday morning, 9:30 am. Each class will contain a short workshop on a peak pose (Headstand, Arm Balance, Forearm stand, handstand, etc.) with detailed cues and explanations so that you can learn how to safely progress to the next level. The class will comprise of conditioning exercises and stretching to prepare the body for the peak pose. All levels are welcome!
