On August 2, 2024 at 7:45 pm, let’s exercise the throat which helps us connect with our expression, creative power, and highest truth. Alyse will guide you through vocal warm ups, Mantra (sanskrit), Medicine Music Sharing and vocal exploration. Together we will exercise our voices to increase the transmutation, creation, and expression power of our throat chakras.

We invite you to Natalie Javid’s Restorative Yin Yoga class, designed to help you find deep relaxation and inner harmony. Join her every Tuesday and Thursday at 7:30 pm for Restorative Yin, where students will be guided through a period of meditation, intention setting, and a gentle warm-up practice that flows and slows down into a deeply healing Restorative practice.

We’re ecstatic to have Kristine Tom back in the studio! Join her and practice Power on July 17, 2024 at 9:30 am as she subs for Nadia. Kristine’s teaching style integrates the fields of Psychology, Neuroscience, Biomechanics, Physical Therapy, and Mindfulness Meditation – which is perfect for the class! Power is an energetic style of Yoga that synchronizes breath with movement. It emphasizes strength, flexibility, and endurance.

Join Shivani Patel as we reflect and dive into Boyd Varty’s acclaimed work, “The Lion Tracker’s Guide To Life”. Boyd Varty, a lion tracker and life coach, reveals how the wisdom from the ancient art of tracking can teach you how to recognize these essential ingredients in a meaningful life.
