Marlana discovered yoga almost 20 years ago and was immediately drawn to the physical and mental challenge of the practice. She found that yoga complemented her performance in sports and running, and it allowed her to balance her body and heal. The physical aspects of the practice were the first draw, but the mental and spiritual elements are what have driven her continued study of yoga.

Marlana completed her first 100-hour RYT with Linda McGrath in 2011 and her 200-hour RYT with Kiersten Jakobsen in 2023. She has a focus on exploration and challenging one’s mind and body, and she strives to provide a space and experience for her students to connect to their body, mind, and breath.
