Lindsay Damiano’s classes aim to challenge the body and nourish the spirit. Her teaching practice is rooted in her training in both Ashtanga and Vinyasa yoga; each class, she looks to honor yoga’s sacred origins while creating a flow that empowers yoga students of all levels to find their edge. Through long holds, breath-to-movement flows, and invitations for students to try inversions or new variations, the classes Lindsay teaches are intended to be simultaneously playful and respectful of the transformative power of the ancient practice.

Lindsay intentionally cultivates a supportive, non-judgmental space where students are encouraged to explore their personal edges. By thoughtfully blending traditional practices with contemporary styles, she creates an environment where every participant leaves feeling physically invigorated, spiritually enriched, and inspired to continue their yoga journey.

Lindsay owes a debt of gratitude to her primary teacher trainer, Marie Belle Perez Rivera, PhD, E-RYT 500, and to the teachers of YogaSource including Mike Graglia who have deepened her practice spiritually, mentally, and physically.
