Yoga translates to “union”, it means to bring together – the mind, body and spirit. The core elements of a transformative yoga practice are Asana (physical postures), Dhyana (meditation), Svadhyaya (self-study). Through the physical practice of yoga, we use the mat as a mirror to become a witness of our patterns and ways of being. Through meditation and self-study, we can create space within the mind to reflect on our current patterns and let go of what is no longer serving us. We will spend time traveling inwards through a Yoga Nidra meditation practice and then have time to journal, reflect, and practice self-discovery.

Please bring a mat to lay on and a journal and a pen.
