We’re beyond ecstatic to welcome back Catherine Lucky as she leads the Yoga, Yoga Nidra, and Journaling workshop on April 27, 5:30 pm – 7:00 pm.
Experience wholeness with both mindful movement and meditation in this workshop that encompasses both yoga and Yoga Nidra. We will cultivate strength, balance, mobility, and fascial freedom in the movement portion of our practice. Yoga Nidra, known as psychic sleep, is a powerful practice done lying down in a completely relaxed position. You will be able to deeply rest and travel between the awakened mind and the subconscious, simply by lying down and focusing within. Give yourself the permission to tune in and move and then to fully rest. This special offering will conclude with astrological, seasonal insights, time for journaling, and reflection to integrate your practice.
