Kristine has an M.A. in Psychology and has been teaching yoga full time since 2008, specializing in injury rehabilitation and mindfulness meditation. Her teaching style integrates the fields of Psychology, Neuroscience, Biomechanics and Physical Therapy. Kristine’s current research investigates how meditation and movement can be used to manage anxiety and chronic pain. Her trainings include; Massage Therapy, Vinyasa Yoga, Yoga Tune Up, Neuroscience and Movement Studies with Bo Forbes, and Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction Meditation with Dr. Jon Kabat-Zinn. She engages her curiosity and kinesthetic learning by training in barefoot running, swimming, TRX, calisthenics, powerlifting, and boxing.
