Sarah has been practicing yoga for over 18 years, and teaching for 16. Her practiceand teaching style is greatly influenced by various highly trained Gurus of Iyengar, Ashtanga, Kundalini, vinyasa and power yoga. Sarah Ann guides a fluid steady paced class that flow from one pose to the next. Frequently the class has an overall theme and uses vinyasa as the transition between postures. Because of her deep study and practice of Kundalini Yoga, principles are applied to all classes that she teaches, and uses the Gurumukhi sound current during her classes. Her classes are deep and will build strength.
