Don't ask yourself what the world needs, ask yourself what makes you come alive and then go do it. Because what the world needs is people who have come alive. - Howard Thurman
I first came to yoga in 2012 to build strength. It didn't take long for it to become so much more than a workout. Yoga is my rock, my teacher, and my joy. For me, it's a celebration of life: in all its beauty and all its messiness. My practice reminds me to find stillness in the midst of chaos and to have faith that eventually everything perfectly aligns.
My classes are playful, creative, and fun for all levels. I combine movement and breath into a fluid dance that helps to cleanse, build strength and cultivate flexibility. My goal is to help student get to know themselves on a deeper level as they become familiar with the subtleties of their body and mind. You are your own greatest teacher.
